Sweepstakes Highlights:

There are Five (5) vacation packages (Contiki Vacation packages include coach airfare for two, transportation to and from airport, some meals, hotel accommodations) which will be given away over a Six (6) month period: The Contiki Vacation packages will be promoted and randomly given away online via http://www.willandgracedvd.com/contiki/. Sweepstake Entities have sole discretion to select vacation packages from amongst the following; Las Vegas New Year, New York New Year, Big Apple Explorer, California Highlights, Western Highlights, L.A. to the Bay, Wild Western, Southern Adventure and Eastern Discovery.

The Five (5) Contiki Vacation packages vary in location, time of stay, meal packages and value (Las Vegas New Year is $419, New York New Year is $539, Big Apple Explorer is $399, California Highlights is $579, Western Highlights is $625, L.A. to the Bay is $999, Wild Western is $1139, Southern Adventure is $1539 and Eastern Discovery is $769). Actual retail value depends on city of departure. All expenses not specifically referred to herein shall be the responsibility of Prize Winners. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Prize Winners and guests must travel together on the same travel itinerary. Travel and accommodation restrictions apply. Prize Winners and guests must be available to travel between January 15, 2004 and January 15, 2005 provided however that major holidays are excluded and additional blackout dates apply. Winners must comply with all licensing requirements and other terms and conditions associated with any pre-installed software. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent permitted, except that Sweepstakes Entities may substitute any prize of equal value for any reason. Failure to return any required documentation so as to be received within fourteen (14) days of prize notification will result in automatic prize forfeiture. If prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries.
